Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your dog ramp. To be eligible for a return, the ramp must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@dashing-dash.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the ramp back to us. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned ramp, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your ramp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dashing-dash.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, if applicable.
